- ridefinition and optimization of production personnel job descriptions
- the optimization of ratio between production workers and offices workers, relating to the turnover

The first target of Insit Industria SpA is the absolute respect of legal and others requirements applicable, in strict relation with the environmental aspects, risks and hazards that impact with the occupationals health and safety.
The management of systematical review of legal requirements applicable will enable at Insit to determine any potential gaps in the system, in order to proceed a continuous improvement process.

The analysis and controls on process performances by appropriate indicators will permit to make prevention to environment and accident by an effort to a continuous improvement, in order to identify all technological and organizational improvements for reduce energy consumptions , scrap , waste , oil and powder leakage and any risks for personnel.
